High ribbed formwork is made of hot-dip zinc coated steel sheet, and is used to be the material of untake out formwork for concrete. The products are made of the lath and the U pattern rib bone. It can hold the concrete grout and become a rugged surface, which does not need to be taken care of and continue next grouting work. it is more endurable than 20mm plywood forwork. The static fluid pressure is less than that of plywood, for the mesh can ger rib of the water pressure from the concrete.
High ribbed formwork has excellent engineering quality and construction security. It is widely used in construction reinforcement of tunnels bridges, valve basement systems, sewage systems, subways, retaining walls, nuclear power plants, shipyards, water pools and marine engineering works and high rise building projects and non-regular or bending pattern as concrete permanent assembly-free formwork.
